Dear Community,

The Madison Russian School is organizing a fundraising event for the school on Sunday, March 12th in the Eagle Heights Community Center’s large gymnasium (611 Eagle Heights, Madison, WI 53705-1501) from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM. The program consists of:
• Fundraiser for the Madison Russian School
• International Foods, a Russian grocery store from Milwaukee, will be on hand to allow the community the opportunity to purchase their goods
• An entertaining program for the children who are present

For the fundraiser, we ask that anyone interested in participating bring (to sell): baked goods or other food items that you believe would be a “hit”, books, disks/cassettes (music or movies), souveniers, etc. Please do not bring clothes or larger items! If you would like to bring something to sell, please let us know ahead of time by responding to this e-mail!!!

For those bringing food items, please prepare either an ingredient list (for folks who have allergies) or at least a card with a descriptive name of your food item! If a spatula, knife or other serving utensils are needed for your food item, please bring them with you. Plates, napkins, eating utensils, and drinks will be provided by the school. We will be setting up tables and chairs for you and your children to enjoy your meal.

Anyone who is bringing something to sell, please come at 1:00 PM so that we can get everything set up in time.

The Madison Russian School will be providing an entertaining program for the attending children. It will consist of: games and crafts. There will be a fun drawing competition for interested children. From 2:00-2:30, children up to age 7 can participate in the drawing competition, and children older than 7 will have their competition from 3:00-3:30.

These fundraisers help improve the quality of education that we can provide our children, so your support is truly appreciated!
